Scope

These terms describe use of Thomasianum’s public study portal. Its information pages are freely accessible. The portal is being developed; teaching content is not yet available here.

Admission, accounts and payment

The programme director decides on admission. After Dr Tropf’s approval, the administrator creates your personal account and grants course access manually. There is no self-registration or online purchase in the portal. Payments are arranged separately through personal contact. An account alone does not confer a study place or entitlement to an award.

Study agreement

Before committing to enrolment, you will receive separate information on provision, fees, payment, duration, cancellation and any applicable withdrawal rights. These portal terms do not replace a study agreement or restrict statutory consumer rights.

Safe and respectful use

Use only your own account, protect your credentials and do not share them. Treat others respectfully. Harassment, unlawful content and attempts to access other people’s accounts or restricted areas are unacceptable. Report suspected account misuse promptly. Access may be temporarily secured or restricted where a specific security risk arises.

Copyright and availability

Reuse of text, photographs and institutional marks requires an applicable permission or statutory entitlement. Public access is not a general licence to republish or use material commercially. Maintenance or technical faults may temporarily affect availability. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
